1. Treat customers poorly. They're easily replaceable and not worth any effort to retain.
2. Program whatever you feel like and don't bother with what the customers want.
3. Ignore any side effects of new programming. Once it's installed, it's installed. We pay our people to always go forward and never look back.
4. Don't ever apologize for anything.
5. Count the money.
