adobe flash versions

  the program listed on my computer is: 11,9,900.170, but when i go to adobe update site it states that i currently have 18,0,0.209 installed!? needless to say i am confused. any ideas?  PS: it is working fine right now with maxthon browser.

  There are different ways to implement Flash, thus different versions may exist in parallel, e.g. for Firefox, IE, Chrome.

  To see the active version, I right click on the "Play Now" button or in the game window. The number is then shown at the bottom.

  18.0.0.209 is the newest for FF.

  That's probably looking at flash for another browser, IE maybe?

  EDIT : Oops, beaten to it by the omnipresent Alosso.  : )

  Still using 11.5.502.101 here. No problems with meter or loading.

  Maxthon doesnt update flash automatically, so it's quite likely you have a newer version installed on your pc but maxthon isn't using it.

  There are instructions on manually updating flash in Maxthon somewhere in these forums.

  ty, never knew that. it list's yet a 3rd version. apparently i have 3 versions on my computer! is the one listed when clicked on "play now" the one maxthon is using? i assume it is.

  I play WGT using Google Chrome, and use each new update of Flash Player.

  So I currently use -  18.0.0.209
