    EasyEdward:

Jewel Blue (ccv2qr ) still has 207 invites out there for the 9 open spots in a 30 member CC It is the last remaining big one I know of that does not pay attention to people wanting off the Pending Invite list.

The owner or directors of this CC has added 100 more invites in the last 2 days....

Are you freaking kidding me!!! FIX THIS CRAP!! I thought WGT was better than this. Keep getting invite from cc, de-friended the guy & still keep getting "unexpected error". DAMN

While we're waiting for a fix (I have CC invites I can not decline too), If you are not in a CC you can accept the request and then remove yourself from the country club. If you have trouble leaving the club, contact customer support and tell them you want to be removed from the country club.

If you are already in a club, contact the CC owner and let them know you would like to be removed. Every owner should (in theory) know about the issue and should probably have already removed plenty of players from their list.

    Champ:

The problem is that some owners do not care if it is a problem or not.

    Take this owner for example:

Many have posted on his wall to be removed but they are still on the pending list - look for yourself there are no posts on his wall - he deletes the posts but not the invites.

His CC is now full with 50 out of 50 maximum so he does not need to invite anyone more (and certainly should delete those that have requested he do so).  Yet instead he is now up to 479 Pending Invites - so adding more daily.

Maybe someone in authority at WGT should talk to him - for all we know he does not know there is a problem or even how to delete a pending invite....

    +1 Edward!

How should they? Did you post a news? Did you mail them? Don't think so because I received nothing yet!

The only place that I've seen this and other issues and faults discussed is here, in the Forums. Please inform yourself about the degree of participation - we were told that only a minority of users read or write here. (this was when searching for reasons to ignore our proposals)

So, how should the majority know UNLESS YOU INFORM THEM?

But if they are not listening  or reading . The info sent out will reach no one .

    Huh - "info sent out"?

My point is, the information has not been sent out by WGT. As usual, it has been brought into the forum by users, and, as a lucky exception, it has been confirmed here by the mods.

Plus, the "user's workaround" proposed here in this case makes me cry - we should risk an unwanted situation and then ask CS for help???

In general, no matter how big the bug is, the public is not informed by them, thus to claim "every owner should know" is highly questionable at least.
