Third time I get scam of free credit!!!

  Hi,

  is this a game that just scam? free cred is not true but I insert money in casino because I get more cred that way.

  But I have deposit to three casino company, around 8000 free credit that I dont se in my account.

  Who to blame? I have waited and waited about a week and it said immediately. 

  I have tried trialplay support but no answer.

  WGT owners this is your problem I think now.

  You should have control over which company you work together with.

  Dont answer me again to take it with trialplay support cause they do not answer.

   

  Who should I blame if not WGT?

  I have spend 500 swedish crowns ( 50 euro) and got nothing.

   

  I´m sorry if my post is harsh but I feel a little bit lied to.

  Many reports here tell the same story:

  Business as usual. At the least, you'd have to feel like being scammed.

  Not much help from the company, and the third party might eventually block your mails.

  Contact your bank or credit card company and have them reverse your charges or stop the payment . Whenever you make payments using either your bank card or credit cards you have up to 30 days to challenge any payments . So contact them and explain the problem and they will correct the problem .

  You paid for a product and did not get it . Therefore you can stop the payment and get your money back .
