Directors Options

    Is it me, or is the WGT in error, when they say we directors can now send out

  team letters? I get a pop up every other time I open the site and it tells me about

  the new club tools that allows directors, in addition to team owners, to send out

  team letters.

    No where can I find this option on our team page/site. I went so far as to write to Customer Support but i`m sure you can guess how THAT went. Told me it was in an option  that  doesnt  even exist called "Club Tools".  I have looked extensively on our club page, my profile page, AND the front page of the WGT itself. I cannot for the

  life of me find the option called "CLUB TOOLS"...

    Any Help ???

  You only get those powers if the owner ticks the right boxes.

  A few telling me , they are a bit pissed off that you keep going back to it and spouting !!

  Easy to think you are right if you don't allow a diff point of view ??

  I have no interest in what happens in your club Andy, I don't even know which club you are in. I friend all of my members and they are free to message me with concerns at any time.

  I haven't advertised my club for a long time and I don't send invites either, but I have to decline applications daily so I don't think my club can be that bad.

  Apologies to the OP for this going off topic and getting personal.

  I`ve found the problem. The WGT and my owner are working on it. Apparantly he has no control of HIS "owners tools" as the ownership of the club was dumped on him by a member of our club thats still on our roster but that hasn`t been around in almost a year. Guess theres some kind of conflict thats rare but does happen from time to time.

  I had the same problem. One of the moderators came up with this link for getting owner tools. It worked for me it might work for him. He can then give permissions to who ever he like if it works. https://www.wgt.com/clubs/owner_tools.aspx .
