Here's the scoop...
My 15 year old son had started an account about 6 months ago. He played for awhile on and off for a few months. He became a decent player, not great, maybe a scoring average just under 70. He might have had a couple of rounds in the low 60's. (This is after a few months of playing and with my guidance for shot /club selection, reading putts, etc.).
About a month ago he tries to log on and his account has been disabled.
So, i've been trying to straighten this out with WGT for awhile. A little frustrating, to say the least, it usually takes two days (and repeated emails) for a response to a simple question.
First reply from WGT: Our records indicate that you have created multiple WGT accounts..
I reply that it's not, it's my sons account and we share the same computer, can you have 2 players using the same computer? (He does not have his own computer or smart phone, he shares with the family. This is the computer that I normally use to play.)
WGT reply: "You can have multiple players on one computer. If they seem to be the same person then they are closed."
I reply again: it's not, it's my sons account....
WGT reply: Can you please provide a lagal photo ID for each player? (note typo)
I reply: Of course not he's 15.
I haven't gotten a response since.
