  Guys, seriously. Take a summer holiday. Please. You've obviously been working REALLY HARD lately, testing all the updates and upgrades.

  Making sure that the ball doesn't flicker, making sure that changing your club from a driver to an iron is visually represented on the screen, making sure that camera angles are all fine, making sure that people spend their money and time on a product that's as good as you can possibly make it.

  Now, before you work yourselves into early graves, take some time off.

  If anyone deserves it, it's you guys.

  Sadly, the IT guys at WGT do not play their own game. They prefer 1st person shooter games in their spare time and never once play WGT  rounds with their new and updated versions prior to release. We, on the other hand, get to try out the new versions and find all of  the glitches. Then the IT guys, get up from the floor where they fallen in their fits of laughter, and go to work on the next update that is 2 or 3months away. It is their form of job security. Give us a  perfect version and they would all be released to go find other work. Don't think that will happen!

  If people are failing, they look inept. If people are succeeding, they look strong and good and competent. That's the 'halo effect.' Your first impression of a thing sets up your subsequent beliefs. If the company looks inept to you, you may assume everything else they do is inept.

  Any competent business owner will tell you that at this point , after so many failers back to back , if the owner is not on site with absolutely every employee standing at attention with some literally packing up their desks , while others are explaining exactly why they should still be employed here , this business will not survive , nor any other !
