  Apart from his work as a member of the WGT professional team, Iconian's contribution to this game is vast. His guide to the short game has been a bible for countless thousands of players in this virtual world.

  I think Iconian is a fitting person to serve as the "founder" and grand master of the honorary order of Tour Champions.

  Couldn't you have cleared this from the very beginning so people, including me, were clear on the promotion?

  I am positive you do not make this important tier changes without any economical advantage for WGT.....which now is clear with those 200 more rounds.

  Perhaps a Champion Tour or a direct fee would have been better, those red tees are available for anyone and will be used now more than ever.

  Prestige is costly and many here wouldn't mind paying for it. ( I would)

  As for Icon prestige batch

  Yup he is not, I have played him some times and have also played some dudes who are superduper whom certainly could jump (& they will) to TC with no filters.

  since when does WGT test anything they have EVER released. it would have been better to create an account advance it to what ever tier and make wgt members aware of it. guess that is to much like right.

  I have no problem with ICON moving up to the top for many reasons, most of which have already been expressed.

  I would love to see WGT have a plan for things before they jump into them.  They created two new levels but appear to have no plan as to how to fill them, what they will mean, etc.  I would have no problem putting a TC name on our major championship winners and having a way to qualify to those tiers outside of average, maybe that is what they will do I guess we might all need to wait and see.

  Come on, players arguing the toss about the morality of adding Icon to the tour championship tier is comical.  if there's one player who deserves to be in the tour champion tier its Icon with all his modding, help, advice and contribution to this game.  he should have his own tier, TOUR GOD.   Leave it at that.  (any way, the poor guy has no one to play with anyway at present)

  This.  That changed everything.  Avg means lil to nothing anymore.

  Tour champion should be exactly what it means....a tour champion. Major winners and overall virtual tour winners should be the only guys with this title if you ask me.:)
