Busta,
I think many have that impression, but I have yet to see any stats to back it up. I have seen numerous people on these threads praising wgt for their speedy responses and customer service.
There was a player on these threads not too long ago who also made a typo when purchasing credits, that was corrected. I don't remember the exact amount, but it was something like 200.00 instead of 20.00. That points towards a user typo to me, where as 10.00 instead of 1.00 could be, but the amount doesn't make sense as a typo. I can't for the life of me imagine anyone buying one dollar of credits. I suppose it happens, but there are surely many who purchase 10.00 also, so it would not appear to be an error on the surface.
I'm all for holding wgt accountable in this business model, I just get the feeling that too many are looking for reasons to dump on them, with no proof.
