No more than 2 minutes before reading this post I was going through the offers.  Godaddy was at the top of the list.  When I saw the OP I went back into the offers to see how quickly it pays... and Godaddy is no longer there!  Dodgy???

Don't be silly!  WGT won't respond; they don't respond to anything that is in our interest, only theirs.  And don't bother sending them a message as you'll get no response there either.

    Mio,

I have to play devils advocate here and disagree with your statement. There have been many cases where people have posted issues here on the forums and it has been addressed in a very timely manner and very professionally. In fact, I even have an outstanding issue where i was undercharged for some balls, and am waiting for a response as to having my account charged, etc. That is unanswered, but I that would obviously be to the benefit of wgt to resolve it by getting their credits back, and also by fixing the incorrect programming if others are receiving the same reduced rate for the same balls.

Best course of action is to E-mail wgt directly with this type of issue, as the forums aren't really the appropriate vehicle.

    Busta,

I think many have that impression, but I have yet to see any stats to back it up. I have seen numerous people on these threads praising wgt for their speedy responses and customer service.

There was a player on these threads not too long ago who also made a typo when purchasing credits, that was corrected. I don't remember the exact amount, but it was something like 200.00 instead of 20.00. That points towards a user typo to me, where as 10.00 instead of 1.00 could be, but the amount doesn't make sense as a typo. I can't for the life of me imagine anyone buying one dollar of credits. I suppose it happens, but there are surely many who purchase 10.00 also, so it would not appear to be an error on the surface.

I'm all for holding wgt accountable in this business model, I just get the feeling that too many are looking for reasons to dump on them, with no proof.

You reported being undercharged? I guess momma does raise idiots especially yours. Really? Someone needs to reach out and slap this kid.

As previously stated, WGT will only respond if it is in their interest not yours. It's their interest, not yours, if you want them to take "more" of your credits for their overpriced and under-delivered balls.

lmao, I still can't believe this kid reported being "under" charged. Amazing. There's one born every day I guess.
