contacting wgt

    i hope somebody can help i have tried to contact wgt through online form to try and get back the 1000 credits i have lost through the "blue screen" issues thats going on , i usually get a case number sent to my e-mail but they are not even doing that now does anybody know of another way of contacting them or it looks like yet another player will be leaving this going down hill site..

    thanks for the reply, i sent an e-mail to that exact address on 15th august as i was getting no reply from the online customer support form, but have not had a reply from that address either??

    Hi Gary,

    Thanks for the message. Please make sure that you do not have members@worldgolftour.com set to go to spam. I checked with CS and they said they have responded to a few of your emails and have not received a response from you?

    hi first off thanks for getting back to me i always check spam inbox too but nothing, it has happened again tonight on hole 9 of st andrews 4 ball skins game  one guy dosent load so he reboots i get back to the screen where the timer is going down waiting for him to rejoin , im green so i have loaded, yet the other timers are just going down so i wait for 5 mins for them to rejoin the timers go to zero and im just sitting there so i have to reboot and when i do it tells me I TIMED out??????? another 315 creds down the toilet , thats 1315 creds lost to the blue screen of death and this ... what the hell

    If you aren't getting any emails at all from WGT, then you might need to change the email address in your account, sounds though it might be borked.  : (    (That's a technical term for 'not working as it should do').  : )

    hi scott , thanks for that im assuming id have to change it in the my account section as thats the only place i can see my email addy?? i wont do it just yet until wgt get back to me , thanks for the advise though buddy,
