I guess people have requested a driving range and putting greens, but I would most like to see practice greens available for chipping and pitching, which I think are the hardest part of the game. You could just charge a small amount of credits for time to practice-- 20 credits for 20 minutes -- or something like that.

There is no need to charge anything.  They're making ample money off the ball concession that ride into the water because the meter is jacked to fund a driving range, putting green + your idea.  Don't encourage them any further.

You are right, Culburn, but "No need to charge" doesn't exist in the Corporate lexicon. And the modern corporate model of maximizing profit needs no encouragement.

I like the idea. It's just that I'd like to be able to practice only chips and pitches somehow without having to do all shots to get into that position and then having to putt out after. It would be nice to have a chip shot that you could practice 10 times in a row, like the pro's do, in order to try different technique's on the same shot.

You can practice any chip/pitch shot you want playing in practice mode. Playing a mulligan you can hit it 100 times if you want.

Thanks. I didn't realize you could just keep selecting a mulligan like that. I'll give it a try. Sounds like combining that method with playing Bandon or Chambers Bay as already suggested will allow a lot of practice of shots per hole. Appreciate the tip...

The problem that you have is unfortunately it's hits on your ball when you do that since they changed it recently. They need to allow us to practice without costing us hits on our balls. There are those that spend more than enough money for the others that don't that should allow this to be Ok. Please consider this WGT. In real golf practice rounds don't cost the players hits or loss of endurance on their balls so why should it be any different here? If you want this to be more realistic like the real game then make it more realistic like on the practice rounds. This will really help everyone more than you know and more customers will come if you can allow just this one feature. I hope you will consider this idea.
