What is the easiest way to block a website?

I though this would be a relatively easy thing to do, so I tried it through my antivirus suite first, nothing obvious there, then through my router, nothing obvious there either, but then it is a BT one so maybe I should've expected that, lol.

So I ended up Googling it and was very surprised to find that the first suggestions were to delve into your computers gizzards and modify the 'host' file, wow!

How would you guys achieve this if you had to do it?

Is this what you mean Mikey?

So if I wanted to block YouTube for example, I just click on 'sites' and add www.youtube.com to the list?
