Is anyone even reading the in game bug reports?

  This is the latest of my in game bug reports about the broken character handling in many parts of the WGT game:

  This is the equivlent of wht hppens if I se crrect germn spelling with yur brken nd nnstndrt chrcter hndling. Tht yu hve been nble t fix it fr severl yers is relly lme.

  This happens when chatting during a game or if I try to write in the course notebook or even here during bug reporting.

  Despite of the severity of this problem my bug reports have been ignored for years now. Not being able to write your language properly while playing WGT golf is a serious insult to your non english speaking customers.

  But despite of a serious problem with an easy fix nothing happens in response to my bug reports.

  Does this happen in all browsers? I've been playing 5 years and have never had this problem.

  Hope you can get it fixed, it must be extremely annoying.

  It only happens if you use special characters like äöüß which are very important in the german language and similar characters from other languages. They get filtered out by the keyboard handling of the WGT client. This happens equally with every browser. 

  It seems that the WGT programmers only support the long outdated 128 bit original ASCII character set. Even the original character set introduced with personal computers decades ago had support for the full german character set.

  This! Or the in-game characterset is limited here.

  I once received an answer by Icon stating that the restrictions cannot be overcome by the company.

  I read: They won't be spending any dime for those minorities.

  I see I mixed up bits and character count. This is 8 bit which only supports 128 different characters.
