Send out AND sort out....an E-mail to all paying entrants / saying
" We are very sorry for your inconvenience, to save you chasing around, WE 'WGT' have credited your account with the entry fee. You may not have known how to contact us and if you did we may have missed the e-mail. Once again we apologise and value your continued support "

As soon as you knew of the issue, there should have been some fooker on the case, IMMEDIATELY, refunding members of credits that they paid for with 'hard earned' in some cases...????
INSTEAD....what you did..as far as I can ascertain, IS...fook all !!!
Buried your head as per and only refunded members who at times had to E -mail you 3 o 4 times !!
A fookin disgrace and I'm loath to think shoe was in charge of this as it was a cringeworthy showing of WGT's regard for paying customers !!
