  Firstly congrats on that hole in one back in January.

  As to your question, someone, in this case a WGT friend of yours, decided to post it on your wall as a way of congratulating you on your achievement.

  A quick search of images.google.com revealed it to be originally a volleyball trophy which has been photoshopped and personalised for you.

  Someone has made it in photoshop or, by the look of it, more likely MS Paint.

  there are tons of photos online of trophies and what most people do is find one that is suitable for what they want to award then go into whatever software they use for editing a picture and modify the image to suit their needs.
