Hi Kilbraur, a saturated average means you have the required ranked rounds for your  tier and your average wont go up only down, for me it was 200 ranked rounds at  legend until i go below a average of 60 to move up to tour legend, for you i think you need 200 ranked rounds to move to champion tier..                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         But im not sure how many ranked rounds you need at tour legend tier to be saturated..

Legend saturation has been 500 and may have risen now.

Tour Legend saturation was 500, too, and may be 600 (to 700) now to become a Champion.
"Saturated" TLs had to play 200 more for C tier, and their average has been jacked up once.

Talking of ranked storkeplay, and Par3s and Par5s do not count in.

There are no official numbers except those 200, so we have to wait for news from players counting, experiencing and posting it.

IMHO, it's hardly something we should be waiting for - it just happens. You'll see it when out of the blue the average starts to drop severely and even on scores higher than the average itself - non-linear maths.

Yes. When you have 700 rounds posted as a TL you will become a Champion.

Hi  ,like Alosso wrote its about "500" ranked rounds at tour legend for your average to be saturated, then yes your average will only go down, then around 200 more ranked rounds  i think at a average lower then 60 to reach champion tier,   if my numbers are a little off im sure Alosso will correct me,    :))  you should  reach Champion tier real soon with your great play! ..

    Thank you ;)

Unfortunately, I didn't write exactly that (of 500+200) - /me thinks it's a new "saturation" number now for TLs and perhaps also for Ls - I don't know these new numbers precisely.

But certainly, saturation means that the average won't move up on bad scores, until a new tier is reached or WGT changes the routines.

Latest (not so new) news concerning the average is "equal or below 59.000" to rise to C.

I heard that in The Olde Times (until 2010), players could raise their average and even go back to lower tiers. Then, with a change in counting and the introduction of Legends, this was aborted.

The current system doesn't allow to rise the average, and now our best scores in the current tier will cumulate, so even for a mediocre player it will make sure that he will be promoted in tier eventually - new lengths, new equipment...
