Delete Score & Request Refund?

  Hey Folks --

  What recourse does one have about contacting WGT to have two scores removed from my history as well as having a fee refunded due to WGT connection issues?

  Just played Chambers Bay (shot a 6 over) and started Olympic but cancelled match - meter stopped then jumped far right both rounds, intermittent during Chambers Bay but every shot Olympic.

  Monitored browser speed during rounds:  averaged 36.69 Mpbs/5.63 Mpbs, so no issues there.

  Happening way too much recently.

  You can contact customer service here.  However we are not able to remove scores from your scoring history.

  Which is the second score, and why would you want to remove the CHB / both?

  Your average must be long saturated, so a 77 won't do it any harm - what else?
