During game play on certain shots the game crashes and screen goes blank. Here's the deal. On certain golf shots when the game is trying to go to a different camera angle the above happens. I always have to refresh after this freeze to continue with the game. No progress or XP is lost. This happens on all 4 browsers that I've tried. Maxthon, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Previous to submitting a support request I did all I could on my end as possible solutions. After getting their response which included what I've already tried, they claim it's the browser that I'm using and not a technical glitch.
Has this happened to other players? Trying to glean where this problem may lie. I'm not entirely convinced yet that it's a browser issue as it seems to be the same course/holes where a particular angle change causes the crash. Should I keep trying on my end to correct this or leave it to the techs to fix it?

Thank you all for your replies and confirmation that my PC isn't that bad yet. The responses has negated the explanation that I got form Customer Support. I don't mind so much having to refresh the game a couple of dozen times to finish. I just can't stand losing balls, consecutive day/CC XP's as a result.
