swing meter

  I upgraded to windows 10 on my lap top about a month ago. It messed up the game , the swing meter right now stops and skips and its making it hard to play. Trying to putt is almost impossible. I'm on level 93 right now, but if I cant find out how to fix it I will probably quit playing ,cause it's no fun when my scores are +10 to +20 over par.

  What browser do you use?  I use Windows 10 and have my best luck with Chrome or Edge that came with 10.  my worst combination is with Internet Explorer. Firefox is inconsistent. Experiment and do reloads. At times I will have a very jerky meter, but after I close everything and bring it back up, meter can be like butter

  Thanks HackWilson1930 for the advise. I'm not much of a computer person. I have been using Internet Explorer all the time. I tried Microsoft and Bing search upon your request and have seen a improvement. I will try Chrome and Edge to see if any better. Thanks again for your help. jferra32

  iv tried them all and found maxthon which seems best suited to the game..for my pc that is..try it

  I used to play on Chrome all the time except for the past few months after it's updates made the game unplayable by making my hit late/drag.

  Switched to playing this on Firefox after that and have had no problems since but did play someone the other day who was using ff and suffering from delayed hits so looks like no easy answer.

  Ditto - It seems to vary from one pc to the next but Maxthon seems to fit best...here. And allow me to add that for the past several weeks, my meter has never been smoother....like butter  ;-}

  windows 10 does have its little problems,the only way i know of that works pretty good is to only play with the game window open,also download ADBLOCK this stops ads popping up on the scorecard screen,they can add to the problem,its NEVER going to be perfect after all it is only a browser game,i have windows 10 ready for download but i am not going to take up the offer,i use chrome .

  little tip...try taking a 2 sec pause at the top of your backswing ,it does help,it gives time for the WGT servers time to catch up

  As a couple of the other players have mentioned, I too was having trouble with Window 10 and Google. I switched to Maxthon, it seems to work alot better.. I do have a couple of hiccups now and then but there is a considerable difference.. Its FREE so give it a try..
