Sorry to say, these options to earn "free credits" tend to be untrustworthy.

You must get used to the feeling of being scammed.

It's been my experience the most consistent way of receiving credits short of just purchasing them outright is watching the videos. The point values are low, and lately half of the carousel has not produced any ads to watch. Credits from watching videos are given right then. The surveys, and "offers" occasionally work, but after spending an inordinate amount of time starting surveys, being told that I don't qualify, I just stuck with watching videos.

If you do any of the higher value offers I strongly recommend taking screenshots and saving any confirmation emails, etc. That way you have a better chance to "prove" that you completed the offer. Also be very careful to complete every criteria in the offer.

I have done 2 offers and in both cases I didn't get any credits. The support however was very helpful and manually transferred the credits I was entitled to (after providing screenshots and confirmation emails as proof).

Also be patient, it can take a day or two to get the credits, same goes for replies from support.

I agree with the other poster, I routinely take screenshots if one goes to error or gives a message and immediately file a report.

I have got most back of what I was due to apart from one offer, I do find in general supersonic and peanuts and trial pay are mainly fair, but Fyber are an absolute nightmare.  I send 4 screenshots and one email for one offer (521 credits) and still 2 months later, although my claim was accepted have still not received

I sent in my confirmation emails only to  be ignored. if this was 10 or 15 credits I could let It go but this is 1000 credits.
