What am I missing?

  I know that there exceptional players out there but I have a question about fast advancement through the tiers. How does one become a Legend with:

            12 ranked rounds

             1 stroke play tournament

              23 - 17 record against TM's

              30 -43 record against Legends

              joined in June 2015 and is at level 63 and is a Legend
