    WGTs priorities are listed below:

    1. Add items so they can make $$$$
    2. Add more items so they can make more $$$$
    3. Listen to the complaints and problems, but do not hear what is being said
    4. Add additional items with bugs, but as long as there are sales, fixing bugs can wait
    5. Disrespect those that play by never directly answering messages
    6. If trying to fix problems, fixing for the masses trumps(heaven's NO) the fixing for the few
    7. Do whatever it takes to make lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and care about no one

The sooner this is realized and accepted, the less Pepto Bismol, nexium, pepcid and excedrine the community will need.

I'll tell you, all of the complaints about WGT being the 'bad guy' here is non-sense.  Every time I have a valid problem, they go out of their way to help me.

Maybe all you complainers work for competitors to WGT?

I agree.  When I submit a ticket( which is hardly ever) I usually get a message from 1 or more mods within a couple hours and message from wgt support team within a day.

Sure they answer.  Tell you the same crap I've been hearing for  7 years.  (Clean cache)  Then they offer some driver or iron to lower level players, that you used to have play and level up to earn.  Then another update, some more new bugs, and as soon as they fix that,  another greed update.  Rinse and repeat.

Wgt was probably testing out new things (hence the 4 hours).  What they tested didn't work, so they backed out of it.

Any one who thinks they are not listening and not fixing in lieu adding more revenue is nuts

    Call me nuts!

I have soon stopped to ask CS questions because their answers were only nuts.
I still have to get a mail answer promised by a mod, "today!" - three and a half year ago.

We all have seen working items broken in "updates" - no fixes.

We have also experienced that mods give user workaround tips, rather than faults being fixed. One example: Selling clubs with Stand Bag Plus. Me thinks that this fault is built in from Day One. A good example of a fault which is not hindering profit, thus is not attacked.

You may think that I'm grumpy by nature - I'm not, but the "development" of this game has made me so. Thus my resumee:

They are WGT, hope is futile.

This whole program is a test . Remember it is still Beta . They don't test during updates . We test after . Nothing wrong with that . That's the way it's done .

Fair enough.  Maybe they just wanted to bring in a new course or something like that and it was a total shambles   lol.   So they backed out.

When it comes to fixing problems,  that might be too tough as not everybody is having the same problem.  Me for example... apart from the occasional meter skip, everything else runs pretty smooth.  Apart from my scores, but that's another story   lol
