Female Avatars ignored...again!

  I've posted this before, but never received a response. Is it too much to ask to create a female version of the male avatars when you create one?

  My husband wanted to update his avatar this morning and saw a new one. There is no female version of the Lexus outfit. Granted that was from 2013, but explain the NIKE one? Is it because the ratio of players are more men than women? All the more reason to generate revenue from them by having them purchase an new avatar than women players.

  Lexus are promotional avatars by the car company for the US Open competitions, they were distributed for free. Probably, they didn't order female ones.

  Other than promotions (e.g. Glenmorangie), there have not been any new avatars for a long while, and there are plenty of females available. And, there's still "Whitey", in the Elite section.

  Make your choice.

  I'm not speaking for the company, but yes, it's probably too much to ask them for more.

  To ask for something includes hope that it may be granted.

  odd, considering the female avatars use a lot less material to make the outfits...:)

  Nike also was free for a while but only for North America. Others countrys have had to pay.

  Ya that strikes me as odd, Michell Wie is Huge in the Nike stable, maybe the biggest as far as golf goes for them. The 'yellow' ball HP keeps battling for is a ball specifically designed for her, as are her shoes and other products she has used.

  Not sure why wgt made some generic looking cookie cutter avatar when it came to Nike.

  I suspect it is because like many other aspects of this game, wgt just doesn't have anyone with any real design talent/skills - I mean come on just look at the game assets, yikes!

   

  Maybe they could get Nike on board to sponsor a Clash....

  There was a female Lexus avatar in both 2014 and 2015. I have both. But for some reason there are no U.S.G.A. / Lexus avatars in the pro shop at all now. I hope that doesn't mean WGT has lost the contract with the U.S.G.A to run the virtual U.S. Open.
