cannot gift to a new member who is a hack does anyone know why? thamks

Not much to go on. It could be that they do not qualify for the gift.

Level and tier limits may hamper the action.

New member is a level 7 hack. You would have to gift something at or below his current level / tier or WGT will not let it go through.

I cannot gift any of our 3 strikes to the opposing team in an alt game. Does anyone know why? :-)
