My advice is play all the courses and try to master the game.

The next tier is Master, and this was the biggest step for me. So make sure you are ready.

Your stats, especially the short game need a lot of improvement, as your approaches will be from further away, it is imperative you can scramble to save par.

Tiering up will also probably require equipment upgrades - and even now I would look at ditching the hybrid for a third wedge.

Read the forums for tips and helps - use the search function!

I admire you want to tier up, so if you really need to, St Andys F9 is the easiest course, especially from short tees....................but be warned....if you get there before you are ready, you will struggle.

Here is one site, of which has great tips and I am sure JB sill not mind me promoting

Also Gary Pinhunters....great tips by Gary

2 Great guys of WGT......I hope Gary is OK

Finally, I would be happy to play and share my limited knowledge....but not playing much due to work commitments. But the offer is there

Learning the game the right way, that is taking everything that's thrown at you---

free weeklies, SP or unlimited, and experience what it takes to play this game well. It will only make you a better player in the long run.  Since the inception of short tee tournaments in CC's, there's way too many people taking the easy way out and it shows big time when they get in A/S or M/P games.

The game gets harder as you move up and what I suggested up top is the only way to prepare for it.
