  If you were a TL when Champion was announced we know what it takes to get there, still not clear what it takes for newer TL's but we will find out soon enough.

  We are a friendly club with no rules or requirements. so come have some fun!

  A bit harsh, Paul..I know a few of the players in the CC and they are honorable folks.

  I know some of them very well and they are indeed honourable people.

  Well if you did know any of my people very well as you say you would know we have some pretty good golfers in our club.

  I would also advise you to keep hitting from the "long tees" and mind your own business.

  Yes my friends in your CC are very good players and extremely nice people. They played and learned from the best.

  I will ignore your advice as this is an open public forum where I am free to express my opinion.

  I will indeed carry on playing from the correct tees, it makes me a better player.

  You can carry on creating red tee shortcuts at BPB, that is your prerogative. Flaunting that fact in public will always bring comment, live with it.

  THE GARDEN SPOT COUNTRY CLUB IS CURRENTLY SEEKING ACTIVE LEGENDS OR ABOVE TO JOIN A NEW AVERAGE LOWERING RED TEE BOX KIND OF CROWD.   

  Now this club ^^^^^ deserves comment...lol

  ...given they are specifically looking for legends or above, while "flaunting" the easy route as a benefit of joining?. They currently have only 3 x legends and 1 x TL in their membership ...the remainder are lower tiers, including an Amateur and a Pro....the total membership is 8...very strange post.

  ps...As far as I can tell, no one has taken them up on this "generous" perk since the post.

  Yeah I seen their thread and commented on it.

  I don't understand the motive behind gaining the TL or Champ tier when they can't back it up where it matters - on the course from the appropriate tees.

  It takes all kinds I suppose.
