suggestion.......in many games, you have the ability to move the player (bowling for example)..How about the ability to move the player on the tee box to the left or the right.  Since there is no ability to draw or fade (early or late hits don't really produce a side spin ending in a slice/hook), it would give the player an opportunity to use a different line...for example, #10 Merion...moving to the right of the tee box would be an advantage...

Yes, I asked that a long time ago.  don't think it will happen, though.

Me thinks that there are more important issues in the game than this (and it has been ignored or rejected more than once).

Agreed, but it is nice to dream.  If wishes were horses, then beggers would ride.

Early in the dark blue (grey) area of the meter after the black, and late in the same color area after the ding line and before the other black area will produce a draw or fade respectively ... the closer to the black areas, the more exaggerated the movement. I've produced some pretty extreme sidewards ball movement like that ....

I have as well...generally when I'm metered...the ball certainly goes way left or way right though...sigh

    Ah, dreams... next to hope.

Perhaps I should make up a line about dreams to exchange it with my  "no hope" standard.

    First try:

Golden Putters for sale or rent,
    passes to let 37 Cent.
No dream no ding no wins, ain't got no yellow Nikes.
I'm a man of credits by no credits,
    King of WGT.

Now I'll pass it to Courteney to condense it.

In the live video chat with Chad that was one of the questions that was asked. He said it wasn't possible because the tee boxes were not really that big.The main reason might be that they don't  take enough photos of the tee box to give us the ability to move around in the tee box.
