In addition to the bubbs/birdie match which they both reported here, Bazza777 reported in our forum he defeated Harry3Putt1 in regulation.  Bazza said 3 UP, he probably meant 3&2.

Sounds like the bubbs/birdie match was a good one.  Credit to Birdie for the good sportsmanship for continuing on the next day and not complaining about the disconnection.  The goal is to play and have fun/fair outcome.

LOL, it was half cup day alright, funny enough i had one last week on dog leg par 5 at Kiawah for eagle. Came down slope, back pin, and even with gravity it still hung on.

Disco was strange in our game as we both only had 1 each on hole 16, then on 18 i had another, and kicked us out. Which i didnt think could happen....but it did!

Thankfully we had fun and we both got a point/points for the game.

Many thanks to Stu (SPINO1) for a very tight match. The lead went back & forth a few times and I was lucky enough to be in front at the end.

Stu managed to chip in twice, and played some great iron approaches stone dead. Top bloke & fun match.

Black Diamond wins this one 2UP.

    Happy Hacking

    Thanks Neil,

Just the usual couple of lazy schoolboy errors the difference, that coupled with Kiawahs famously good putting camera angles.... All said n done i really enjoyed the game, nice to play at a good pace for a change.

Well played and good luck to the rest yet to play

    Stu

I had not mentioned that point - but I did notice that I wasn't considering going to make a coffee between strokes like normal!   lol

I think we were thru 18 holes well inside an hour - a pretty good pace for 2 full rounds, and we played out almost every hole.

Thanks Again for the great match

See you out there again soon

I just defeated Bilboa66 3&1.  Match was  closer than score indicates.  Bilboa's 6 birdies versus my 5 gave him a 1 hole lead at the turn.  I had to eagle #11 to tie match (his birdie putt was less than 1 ft away) and then got hot late with birdies on 15, 16 and 17.

It was actually a very even match until right at end and I enjoyed meeting Bilboa.

Other results I am aware of not mentioned above:

    Borat74 def. Mohuyu

    KenBTexas def. TimBeck57

    Spaniishfox lost to Alanteepeg.

SEL player listed first, all 3 matches ended in regulation.

In addition to those 3, the wins by PDorland (in 20 holes), Pecanvalley and me which are mentioned above are not yet reflected in table, but I'm sure Nico will take care of that when he wakes up.

    Tom.
