Isn't that how it's supposed to be... The game should be set up, laid out and left alone..!

I can actually predict how a round will pan out within my first 3 shots... Why is this..?

I'm NOT wasting money on a game that is OBVIOUSLY rigged, why would I..?

I'm not going to list all the little rigs and bugs but there's a good few...

My 2nd shot into the green on the 1st and St Andrews was 34 yard, I know this shot, I know which club, I checked the wind, put on the amount of spin require and dinged it... The shot went 39 yards. I carried on thinking it must be playing longer today... Strangely enough i was playing St Andrews about an hour later and i had the 2nd into the green 38 yards... Ahh I thought, I'll just play my usual 34 yard shot and it will there or there abouts, I checked the wind spin etc and took my shot "ding"... Shot went 34 yards... and this has happened more than once on several courses...

Similarly with putts, some don't even start out on the line I chose for the putt, and then it flicks through different screen shots, it's obvious it's going to miss, some are absolutely ridiculous...

I'm sick of WGT, why can't they just leave the game at a level playing field, so the better player on the day wins, without their interference and tampering... I know they're only in it for the money but they're not getting any more from me... and the way they go about their business in this fashion is unethical...

A guy i was playing an alternate shot game with was calling me all the names under the Sun, telling me how badly I played the game... I'm level, 93 Legend, not great but not bad and i don't deserve that kind of abuse... Not from him (my partner)- for calling me garbage nor by WGT by making my shots so ludicrously wayward and making me look like a fool..!

    hi

to answer your question, I would say that in real life, you can't hit every shot for exact distance. nor you can hit every shot from same place equally. hence, the 4 yard difference as each ball has different lie, different wind, so small differences occur.

from 34 yards, you should always be very close, as deviation, if it exist, will be slight.

    it's the same for everyone.

"I can actually predict how a round will pan out within my first 3 shots... Why is this..?"

I'm a level 105...don't play much stroke anymore, but my average is 68.7...this means (to me) that in any given stroke game, I will probably shoot a 67-69 score...I am almost never disappointed or surprised...I think you should be more upset with the partner who was trash talking you, than with wgt.

If you want putts to stay online, upgrade to a better putter. Also, upgrade your golf ball.

The irons also do not have the precision you are looking for.

In short, you need to upgrade your equipment to play at the level you are looking for

Derek, I've never conducted an official study, but there does seem to be a correlation .. those who spend the least $$$, also complain the loudest...lol

I have the top cleveland wedges, u have two 64º wedges different makes obviously, but still low level, WGT B-XD ball, and u whinge about inconsistency.

Well I hit a dozen shots with a WGT B-XD ball from that range on STA #1 and put them all within 3 yards.

I used the punch, the full shot some  with full backspin and  some with no spin.

Here's my best and last effort.

    Get real sunshine.

Well you should have done an official study...would  tell you OP has posted just 9 post until now, so i don't get him complains the most argument.

Actually i dont get it at all.Anybody who has spent a little has the right to complain whenever he wants.

His complain is not that invalid also.WGT software manipulates too much in alternate shot games actually.I have been recently promoted to legend tier and its too evident now.Its actually sometimes whole day i couldn't do anything right..

My advice to u neil would be to just quit those totally manipulated games and be at peace.Otherwise you would be abused there and ridiculed here in forums.

    I love these threads.

I have shares in two major tin-foil companies. Christmas bonus sorted.
