I have no clew as to how to hit out of brush around the green.  I will waste 3-4 shots just getting back to the green.  HELP

Get rid of the EZ swing wedge, use the starter lob wedge at a minimum, or upgrade...try punching the shot.

Tough to get out of brush on Full Swings, unless you have some topend wedges

First, get rid of that nasty EZ sandwedge - there's another "Starter" lobwedge(!) in your inventory which is a lot better!

(next, get a quality LW whenever it's available, lvl39 or so)

Concerning the shot, be sure to ignore the recommendations of the auto caddie. Pitch shots must land on FW or better, chips must land on fringe or green!

Frequently, a punch or full shot is better. The Starters won't bring you close but onto the green, then you'll be able to hit the hole in two putts after some practice.

+100 on the EZ Swing - they simply should be banned.

For the shot, aim for the fairway - the closest point and use punch with top spin and probably full power.

There is no room for heroics, just get the ball back in play and try to get up and down from there.

Course management is crucial- think before you take a shot and mitigate the high risk shots by a smart play. With most WGT courses, a good round can be undone very quickly. In my early time here using starters clubs, my goal was to play under par, and often I would get close then blow it by a bad choice.......I learnt very quickly about course management.

I haven't seen brush since the early 80's and the chances of me ever doing so again became even slimmer since no-no pro came on the market.
