Accessing challenges from friends

  How do I accept a challenge from a friend? I can see that a friend has issued a challenge, but where do I go to accept it? I don't see a button and I don't get any emails with a link to the challenge.

  Concerning CTTH challenges displayed on their profile, it looks like a dead end, yet another half-finished job of the programmers.

  Stroke play challenges may be good fun - the challenged friends receive emails and may respond with a game in two(?) days. When finished, both should receive a mail with a mutual scorecard - nice feature!
