Infinito3010: Prior to the update I was receiving confirmation via email of every tournament I entered as well as tournament winnings. I have not changed my email.
Same thing happen to me, in fact that was the 2nd time my email confirmations had stopped in the last couple of months for no apparent reason.
The 1st time, I emailed WGT and was told their system kept putting my email address in a "held" status. No matter what they did, they couldn't get it out. Eventually I just switched to another email address that I have.
After the last update, my 2nd address stopped working. I emailed WGT last Thursday, but they couldn't fix it. I decided to change it back to my original address and it worked. Yesterday WGT emailed me back that they were going to try something else - it looks like all they did was manually change my email back to the 2nd address, and now both are working.
If you have another email address, I'd try that, then in a couple days change it back to your original, that seemed to work for me. If not, send WGT an email and see if they can figure it out. Good Luck.
