    Not happy with spending my money and your taking my products away.

    You had a special the other day if you buy 2000 credits you get 3 gold balls.

    I did that and I was still using my 2nd ball when they went away and I had no ball at all

    not even the free range ball.  If you pay for something I think you deserve to get the full use

    of the product.

    Contact Customer Service.  Sounds like a programming glitch.  When i had an issue with a club selection problem which resulted in hitting 2 balls OB on consecutive shots, they gave me a sleeve of balls to replace the lost ones.  The people in CS just work for the company, and will try to help you, so don't take your understandable frustration out on them.  At least that is my experience.  It may take until Monday before anything happens, since its a Holiday weekend.

    They may return on the next login, according to former reports.

    Just close all your browser windows and reopen.

    Well my post must have done some good.

    Today I have 2 gold balls in my inventory.  Thank You WGT

    Yup..it took a couple of messages, and I cut and pasted a post from Leggoman (who had the exact issue I did), and CS resolved it.

    So thank-you WGT and TY Leggoman.

    No. When balls disappear they often turn up again the next day. It's a long time glitch. I doubt that WGT even read this.
