Firstly, I've completed many offers in the past, usually having to email to chase and provide proof but eventually getting my credits.

This time, doing the 21Nova Casino offer, 4,200 credits for being a new player, signing up and depositing £10 and completing at least one game.

I signed up for this on 30/12/15 and completed the requirements, sent off an email to TrialPay support that night (as they never seem to confirm offer completion instantly) And even included the email I received from 21Nova confirming my deposit was successful, to avoid waiting for TrialPay's reply asking for proof.

    I then get an email:

    "Hi Greg,

Thank you for taking the time to email us at TrialPay. If you could please provide a copy of the confirmation you receive once your payment is successfully processed, I can use that information to verify your 21 Nova Casino offer completion and send out your Credits."

So fine, I go into my 21Nova account and provide a screenshot of my account history for further proof. (Even though everything they needed was in the first email I sent)

On the 01/01/15 I'm credited 1,700 Credits instead of 4,200. *Sigh* Another email off to TrialPay to point out their error and I get the following response:

    "Dear Greg,

Thank you for taking the time to email us at TrialPay.

According to our records, at the time you accessed the 21 Nova Casino
    offer, the
advertised payout was 1700 Credits which
is what you appear to have received. We are sorry if for any reason this was
     not clear."

Well their records are wrong or I'm just being lied to. But how can I prove
     it hasn't
suddenly gone from 1,700 credit offer to 4,200 in the space of 3 days!?

*Edit Not sure what happened with the text formatting at the end sorry.

They're a bunch of crooks. Reputable game sites won't have anything to do with them. Feel free to Google for the opinions of others.

I would have thought that with them recently being acquired by Visa that they would be legitimate.

I have challenged their claim and asked to be credited with the 2,500 credits i'm owned and hve had another response:

    "> Hi Greg,

    > Thanks for taking the time to email us at TrialPay.

    > Please note that the reward amounts for our offers change depending on promotions and advertiser requests, therefore although you may have seen a different reward amount for the offer on a different day or ad placement, I have confirmed that the 21 Nova Casino offer you clicked and completed the transaction through on 2016-01-01 06:25:09 listed a reward amount as 1700 Credits."

Well firstly, I didn't complete it at the date they listed, I completed it 30th Dec it just took them a few days to pull their finger out and validate it. And I'm certain it was 4,200 credits when i signed up for it, as it still is now.

I've asked them to tell me what date the supposed change from 1,700 to 4,200 credits took place but am starting to lose faith now, feel like i'm fighting a losing battle and have been conned with false advertising.

    Hi Greg

I did the 21Nova deal on the 22nd Dec and eventually got my credits on Wednesday.  It took many emails and screen shots to convince them that I had indeed fulfilled their every requirement.

They obviously make it as obstructive as possible in order to avoid paying the credits and would recommend that anyone thinking of giving it a try to think twice.  Consider that it states "Confirms Instantly" on the advert!

I certainly won't be doing any more credit deals, mainly because WGT appear to have absolutely no control over the antics of these rogue companies and have no interest whatsoever in attempting to help you resolve the issues, simply referring you to TrialPay support.

    Bad experience all round.

Who would've thought that trying to get free credits from a gambling site would be such a...gamble.

Hoping one day TrialPay (who's owned by VISA) gets into FCC trouble. They are one of the biggest fraudulent sites on the internet.

When you need to contact them, here are many ways. If you have a Twitter account, hashtag them and tweet it. They will respond real quick.

Not sure why they're trying to tell me it was 1,700 Credits, when it's 4,200 now and has been for at least the last few weeks then?

Joke of a company, If they don't credit me I will definitely never be using them again.
