I sent another email asking for an explanation as "Bruce" had stopped replying to my emails:

    > Hi Greg,

    > Thank you for emailing us here at TrialPay.

    > Please note that the partner offers may show different credit reward amounts at different times. The partner offer inventory is constantly changing and not all offers previously available will be eligible for completion to receive Credits for free.

    > If you are dissatisfied with the points rewarded for a particular offer, please return to our checkout and select an alternate offer to complete.

Basically a cookie cutter response, I don't think they even read my email.

    So I responded:

"The offer I completed was for 4,200 credits when i signed up to it, completed it, and has been 4,200 credits for the last few weeks at the least and is still 4,200 now!

I do not know where you came up with 1,700 credits from but it is wrong.
As i'm getting nowhere with you, I will have to take this to social media and bring to the CEO's attention that you are false advertising and committing fraud against customers."
I then placed a complaint on the BBB site
    http://www.bbb.org/losangelessiliconvalley/business-reviews/internet-services/trialpay-in-mountain-view-ca-232084
    And submitted a negative review.
As if by magic, I then get a reasonable response:
    > Hi Greg,

    > Thank you for providing that additional information.

    > We have been authorized to give you special credit for your 21 Nova Casino offer, and your Credits will be delivered to your account in the next hour.

    > Please let us know if you need any additional assistance.
Finally some success, though I'm left with an extremely bitter taste with my dealings with TrialPay. And I'm not sure why they are calling it a "Special" credit they are giving me, NO, just admit you made a mistake and are now crediting with me with what I was owed all along.

    unbelievable

I was just looking around the threads for info on people not getting free credits.  i'm after wasting hours days lately and feck all of them are coming through

I did sign up for a betting one years ago and did get it though, but that was the only time I paid in any way.

I was thinking about going for this one, but now i'm not so sure!!!
