I'm assuming you mean once you've sent invites to players but then your club's full. At the bottom of the club player list there's the players pending. Just click on the red 'X' beside the pending player's name.
The links to invite new players to a club has gone somewhere but WGT are doing all they can to fix it. If you want a player to join send them a link to your club homepage, there they can click on 'Request membership'. I hope this helps.
