What mouse is best for players with short stubby fingers? I had a Razer Deathadder that was decent but finally bit the dust. I now have a Rat 3'and both those seem to be designed for players with longer. fingers. The only way I can hit the ding with any regularity with it is to put my hand and wrist in a very unnatural position  so I can click on the very front of the button. The Razer was better but still designed for longer fingers. Any one have any ideas for a good gaming mouse designed for shorter fingers?

I bought this one on Amazon.  It's small and I have to same fingers you do.

Logitech wireless. 3" long by 2" wide. Won't break the bank and your entire hand can rest on it naturally with fingertips on the leading edge of the curved buttons.

I beg to differ - not a wireless one! It may show spurious results when batteries become low.

There's really nothing special necessary in a game where the left click pulls the trigger. For me,

    1) wired!!!

    2) fitting to my index finger,

    3) between unexpensive and outright cheap.

I have two really small ones from those notebook gadget sets - they are great!

This is one of them, 3" x 1.3"

I never have had battery going low.  I always check them.  But it boils down to what you prefer.

I also have very stubby fingers and when I switched from my previous mouse to a wired Theron mod. # TRN00601  I saw immediate and a lasting improvement in the percentage of dinged shots. It also is way easier to slightly miss ding on putts to off set with aim the hard breaking side putts.

Be warned though, as short as my fingers are, my eyes are even worse, so that model # might be off a bit. Even using a magnifying glass the sequence of numbers following the letters was very hard for my old eyes to read.  As far as a wireless mouse, as Jim suggested no opinion here, as I've never used on.

I've also read negative comments about a wireless mouse.  There were a few threads about them a while ago in which the subject of delay between hitting the button and the computer reacting came up.  If I recall correctly there was something you could do to minimise the delay but it will still be slower than a wired mouse.

I suppose if there is a delay and it's always the same then you'll adjust to it quickly enough.

Personally I've been a fan of the bog standard Microsoft wheel mouse, they're cheap and last ages.

I've never had a problem with this wireless mouse.

Same here and still waiting to change the battery after over a year. Nothing spurious about that.
