I have tried to invite an online friend to play,, however when I do I get pop saying ,,Declined, no cross platform game play available,,,,,,, What does his mean??? and how do we hook up to play?????

You both need to use the same platform (as in both on computer or both on a mobile device.) Currently, WGT has not allowed mobile players and PC players to play in the same game.
Thanks,, that explains it, he was on his tablet and I was on a lap top. We'll try lap top to lap top.
