  Hi everyone,

  Here are the release notes - 1/28/16

  New Courses, Cobra Drivers and Virtual Tour Winner Icons

  See what’s new on WGT today, including three “Best Of” courses, Cobra virtual drivers and new Virtual Tour winner icons!

  New “Best Of” Courses, designed by WGT Country Clubs

  We’ve added all new Best of Par 3, Best of Par 4 and Best of Par 5 courses, to include WGT courses that we’ve added recently.

  Special shout-out to the three WGT Country Clubs that designed these courses, chosen for placing in the top three of CC Event #14 in December…

  • Best of Par 3 – designed by WGT AMIGOS
  • Best of Par 4 – designed by Majestic Mountain
  • Best of Par 5 – designed by The Georgian

  Cobra F6+ Drivers

  • Get the latest driver from Cobra on WGT, for more distance and a slower WGT swing meter, to help you hit straighter and longer off the tee!
  • The new Cobra F6+ virtual driver is available now in the WGT Pro Shop in blue, green, orange and white, unlocking at Level 5.
  • See New Cobra Drivers

  Virtual Tour Winners Icons

  Winners deserve crowns!

  • New in the 2016 WGT Virtual Tour, each monthly tournament winner (in each tier) will display a new crown icon next to their player name, to let everyone know they’re the reigning Virtual Tour tournament champion.
  • Additionally, each Quarterly Season winner (in each tier) will display a different crown for their reign.
  • Both crowns will be reassigned to new (or repeat) winners at the end of each month or Quarterly Season.

  Other Fixes and Improvements:

  • Default Shot Timer – The default multiplayer timer has been reduced to 60 seconds to keep games moving
  • Removed Stand Bag Plus – We’ve removed the Stand Bag Plus from the Pro Shop, if you had one before the release you will still be able to use it and congrats – you’re now a vintage WGT collector!

  BOP3:

  All the long holes have been used here.

  Difficult setup. Winning scores will be higher.

  Even though its an interesting combinations of par 3's I think it will be less popular and played less

  BOP4

  A very good setup. A little easier than the previous BOP4.

  A nice mix and escpecially is the finish to both the front 9 and back 9 some good chosen holes.

  BOP4 has the following holes:

  Peb 1

  Mer 11

  Geo 4

  Cha 6

  Oly 18

  Peb 8

  And 1

  Pin 7

  Cha 12

   

  Con 17

  Geo18

  Bet 1

  Con 18

  Cha7

  Peb 3

  Kia 9

  Bet 15

  And 17

  Wow 3 best of courses? Really? What a joke. No place yet where i can try and hit a ball in the clowns mouth?

  AND you cant even play them in a CC tourney.\

  I agree....what a waste of effort.

  It would have been nice to fix the tons of bugs.or finish the B9 of Pebble.

  I've only played the Front9 of the Par4 course.  I quite like it.

  The only problem is, I think it's too easy.  I should say, they have picked all the easy holes.

  No Cabo or Whistler?

  Nothing new then at all really

  a bunch of holes we`ve seen before mixed up once again... WOW !

  a bunch of drivers that will last the newbies to the game no longer than 3 days !

  and bit of Stupid Bling next to someones name ! Oh My they will feel like royalty !!!

  A clock reduced by wgt to make the slower players hit quicker to miss the ding more to launch em into the nearest hazzard the ball can find ....

  GREAT UPDATE ONCE AGAIN !!! About as useful as a white crayon on white paper well done wgt

  My CC was tasked with producing the BoP3 course - I gave my input on some of the selected holes. WGT did not allow us to select Cabo or Whistler courses....we wanted them in, WGT said no. :(

  Currently playing 18 with a club mate at BoP3 - I agree with one of the other posts, it's tough!

  I wonder if it was tru-golf that said no. They might be getting tired of WGT letting us play those 2 courses and many of the holes for free. Might be why there are no more Cabo and whistler Ready-gos as well.
