  They had a downtime; they added some drivers and gave us 3 new mixtape courses. I don't see any problem here. I see absolutely no point in the wailing and gnashing of teeth going on here, mostly about what they didn't address in a few hours last night.

  The repairs, improvements and additions we would all like to see were never going to happen overnight. One of the mods has stated that those kind of things had been put on hold (money was tight) in the recent past. Topgolfs involvement may solve that problem.

  People seem to have unrealistically high expectations for scheduled downtimes and this one especially. The ink isn't even dry on the contract, they don't even know how much sugar Chad likes in his coffee yet.

  Hopefully when the dust settles on all of this, people will be working to answer the question -

  How do we best repair, maintain and continually improve the PC browser version of WGTgolf for our customers .

  Other Fixes and Improvements:

  • Default Shot Timer – The default multiplayer timer has been reduced to 60 seconds to keep games moving
  • Removed Stand Bag Plus – We’ve removed the Stand Bag Plus from the Pro Shop, if you had one before the release you will still be able to use it and congrats – you’re now a vintage WGT collector!

  Is it significant that 2 things I thought were pretty handy have been changed/eliminated ?

  60 seconds isn't nearly enough time for us alt shot players to gab about little johnny's soccer game or Bill's fishing trip.

  Also, how ironic that they removed the "Stand Plus Bag", which actually did something, but left the "Stand Bag" that just sits there. Hmmmm....

  A very good setup. A little easier than the previous BOP4.

  A nice mix and escpecially is the finish to both the front 9 and back 9 some good chosen holes.

  BOP4 has the following holes:

  Peb 1

  Mer 11

  Geo 4

  Cha 6

  Oly 18

  Peb 8

  And 1

  Pin 7

  Cha 12

   

  Con 17

  Geo18

  Bet 1

  Con 18

  Cha7

  Peb 3

  Kia 9

  Bet 15

  And 17

  Rather easy set up...Thats like a 6-7 shot drop from the earlier version.

  First impressions are not good.

  Best of Four has gone from too hard to too easy, with too many boring holes (St Andy's 1 and Beth 1 to name a couple).

  Best of three is very disappointing. Instead of interesting holes from Whistler and Cabo - we've got holes from Bandon!!!! Why on earth repeat holes from the par 3 course??? 

  Have still to try the 5s, but the whole exercise seems like a waste of time.

  The new bosses have struck!  The very attractive Stand Bag Plus (a valued present from my Club) has been rendered inoperative: it now has to be disabled to change balls (haven't checked for clubs yet).

  Aren't they lovable, clever Dickies!

  It has been repaired to work how originally intended so whe you save or change items just hit the save button on one of your 4 bag slots instead of hitting lower save changes button ; ]

  Well done to all.  As with any new or made up course there will be people who love it or hate it. I like em. The Par 4 course is a bit of fun now and not a nitemare   lol.  I think the Old Par 4 course was Icons baby too.

  Good Job :)

  Cabo and Whistler wasn't allowed to be included in the new courses. Just wondering if they had to get rid of them in the old courses and that's why the new ones came in.
