  hello all

  i have decided to keep all games ranked or scored,its hard enough to get games played without using practise mode and i know a few wasnt really  impressed with the idea

  Well as usual I was in the minority on this.  I thought it would be more of a test of skills if we played in conditions we were not so familiar with. 

  will post the quarter final a bit later and the tables and the draw will be on the information page and for you dave i will post them on the first page of this forum just under the cup ok. 

  Thank you so much Paul,  now if can find my head I will be able to go take a look at them without paging through the thread.

  Well we have finished the league format after 12 weeks of play(god that went quick lol).only 8 teams can advance to the knockout stages im afraid so we to say goodbye to the other 8 teams,

  RULES

   

  Each match will have a 2 week timeline to complete

  Any matches not completed on time will deemed void,want to keep the comp moving on,

  Any players refusing to play will forfeit their match,

  All games must have a result even on sudden death.no handicaps on sudden death

   

   

   

  any player with a - 2 by their name must concede holes  8 and 18,that’s gonna be tough if it goes that far

   

   

   

   

  please player 1 get those invites out early.

   

  Message to captains

   

  Can you make sure all your players read the rules please

  Also ask your players to put scores and a short post on the forum,it takes a couple of minutes to do this and its good for the comp with so many posts on,

   

  Group, match number,teams,players and result that’s all I ask

  I will keep up with it as much as poss and don’t forget weekly reports captains thx.

   

   

   

  All matches are on the google drive, the link will be on the first page under the cup(dave lol) and also on the information page

   

   

  Let me know if any problems

   

  Have fun all play hard but fair but most of all enjoy it

  Hi all

  I would like to thank Paul for his efforts in putting this comp together and the harder part getting it to run. Would not like to know how many messages he has to go through.

  To those teams that are leaving, I hope you have had as much fun as we have. I expect Paul will try and do another, so come back and try again.

  To our group 2  a big thank you to the other 3 captains Nico from the chickens, Dave from the jets and Steve from Bridgestone, in the help we gave each other in trying to get all the games played. Think most were played, (had 40 out 40 up to end rd 5).

  To those  teams going on, play hard, have fun.

  just a quick one all

  im leaving my club at the end of this week and joining southern england links,i need  a fresh challenge and more going on and have looked at their website and forum and am impressed by whats going on,

  il still be doing my comps,that wont change but il be playing under the SEL banner,

  im looking forward to helping out where i can and being a part of what is a great club

  I won my match against DaveDwingdale 2up. Was great to play against an old friend and we had a good game. Was some really great shots played and a few lucky ones as well. Unfortunately for Dave he had the bigger share of the bad luck though.

  Good luck with SEL Paul. They're a great club with some great guys running things. Make sure you put all your drinks on Spino1's bar tab :-)
