  Lost my match 5&4 to Thewonderstuff.   After the start I had, I'm actually quite please with that 5&4.  LOL

  Great gent and a fine player.   That 5up win was scary though,  but I'll let him explain why if he chooses to  LOL.

  one team through to the semi finals

  well done cosa nostra,we must have knocked the steam out of uk golfers the last match,made it easy for you lol

  the bats one game away with 2 games to play

  wooden tee need 2 out of 4 games 

  the eagles are 2-1 up against eros

  Just got my match in with David and in 7 years here, that was probably the most enjoyable loss if there is such a thing. A regular slugfest with each of us trading blows and missing chances. I mused it would be justice for the match to go to extra holes and it did. He gets to brag for winning on the first hole in OT.

  Dave's a top notch golfer and conversationalist and he deserved the win. Well done, D, and well done Cosa Nostra for making a strong statement and carrying me.   :-)

  Whilst it may have been a dead rubber, just had the great pleasure of having a match against Jim and what a great match we had.

  First and foremost, a joy and honour to grab a game with you Jim and thoroughly enjoyed the 19 holes we played..Plenty of birdies and eagles flying in from all over the place..Hole 4 halved in eagles and despite an amazing gravity defying putt that didn't drop on hole 9 for Jim, we traded birdies, hole outs all the way to the 18th and still couldn't be separated.

  Jim just mis-judged his approach on the 1st extra hole to hand me the win, but was really irrelevant. Thoroughly enjoyed the match, the chat and a top gentleman. It was a blast

  The very best of luck to you and the rest of the Cosa Nostra team  Jim in the next round and go on and win it now sir.
