From the complete offers page click on the contact support button in the top right corner and follow the instructions there to let trailpay know your problem. If this was a myview survey, go to the myview web site and log in there and on the rewards page you will find a list of all the surveys you have attempted and completed. copy that page and insert it into an E-mail to Trialpay. I had to do this on almost every myview survey that I completed. It may take a few days but you will get your credits.
