ct690911: Think that's been tried a few times...names, with proof, have been mentioned on here...usually worst that happens is a short suspension. Even cheaters and abusers buy stuff in the pro shop, and wgt won't boot paying customers. I think if people are warned about sand baggers, cheaters, bullies, etc. (with accompanying proof), then it doesn't equate to a kangaroo court...more like a public service announcement.
Not sure CT, I know some players who were caught boasting about cheating did get the boot permanently - and damned good job.
Then there are some multi's who do seem to get around it somehow and I do admit WGT is reactive rather than being proactive, Maybe some households genuinely to have their registered cat or dog playing, or one of their 50 relatives who live there.
Sandbaggers is a tough one, so if playing for money, all earnings should count towards tiering up.
I have come to accept that cheating is more widespread than I thought, or maybe all the leader boards prove players are just that good (lower tiers) when they take up the game.
And some players just love gifting mates and mentor hacks when they are Champions.
Or some players just learn the system from day one and do not tier up by still play for money in skins.
Then some play from internet cafes.......enough said.
I do not envy the mods, but I reckon in 30 minutes I could isolate at least 30 players who are dubious. Hang them in the forums or let the mods decide?
