I play an 18 hole multiplayer game pretty much every day. The vast majority of the time play moves right along and finishes with a minimum of disruptions.
No slow loading, a rare disconnect of my computer (maybe 3 in the last year). I only get blue screens, unexpected errors, etc when the other player has had game issues and been disconnected.
When they happen I right click on the screen and send WGT a Trouble Report.
A polite message to WGT customer service describing what happened and noting the sent trouble report gets my lost CC Pass and one I buy to get my daily completion bonus, replaced.
Since the only point on the Internet connection to WGT we have any control over is the computer we use to play WGT it's worth making sure our computer is very well maintained. Note too that WGT can't maintain your computer for you.
If your computer isn't well maintained expect to have problems playing WGT.
When I see a post like the OP typed up - missing appropriate capital letters, missing appropriate spaces, missing appropriate punctuation, and no paragraphs - I figure that WGT player lacks the attention to detail needed to effectively play WGT and to properly maintain their computer so they have minimal problems when they try to play WGT.
The thread is even in the wrong forum, the OP didn't actually make a Product Suggestion.
