  I would just like to say our Inter CC Captain Nico prides himself on these tournaments and puts in a lot of hard work organising them. The same with Paul who could have better things to do on a Saturday evening if he knew this was going to happen, and the same goes for the 16 or so of us watching and supporting on our SEL TV station from around the globe.

  But this by no way is a slant on peoples club, all games have been played with great sportsmanship up till this one, and im sure all remaining participants will be a credit to their clubs.

  Had a good fun match today with Tony.

  The play was excellent as well as the spirit of the game.

  We were well matched and I think As thru 13 or 14.

  A putt here or a putt there and the match could have easily gone either way.

  was a damn shame to watch as my game with ABE(1963 Bubba) was a great game and with really enjoyable company and a top player and person,its a shame,was watching this game and was disappointed with the antics?

  Just finished my match against garydarby3022 (Gary). Gary is a excellent golfer and great competitor as well as being fun to golf with. It was a close and hard fought match by the both of us. finished 18 A/S. (with a great shot and birdie by Gary on 18) so off to extra holes we go..both hit fairway ...Gary hits the green 18 feet away and I hit it 8"...I managed to earn the win 1Up thur 19 holes. Thanks Gary for a great match

  Just finished my match with Spanishfox.  Another well played match with a very nice fellow.  We both won't be putting on any golf clinics soon but fun was had by all.  After all was said and done I came in one up on my new friend.

  Just finished my game with Gav "Gavd999" and I think I will be recommending him as a green keeper for WGT as with the number of times he shaved the hole with his putts the greens were well trimmed. Some very nice recovery play along with some very nice putts that did go in. Once again, been a real pleasure meeting a new player from a different club and sometimes more of a pleasure having a pleasant round than the actual result itself.

  It was sure an interesting game John, we started off with John going 4 up in 4 and all I could do was hang on as long as I could until the inevitable win, I had a few close putts but so did John. I was lucky to make it to the 15th hole to be honest.

  As said John, very well played sir. The main thing is we managed to have a laugh on the way round and I look forward to playing you again.

  Just finished my game with Stu (SPIN01). Really tight game throughout but I was 2 up most of the way. THEN I miss a simple putt and follow it up with using the wrong grid, and there we are AS.  Stu then gets disqualified through two or more disconnections.

  We then spend the next 20 minutes trying to restart and then conjure up the right position at the 17th Tee. Stu then proceeds to play his best golf with two scintilating approach shots to give him cast iron birdies. 

  Nice game, good chat about Spurs and Bournemouth, and a game between two apparently well matched players.

  I look forward to playing Stu again, perhaps with some regularity, as competitive game are really the essence of playing at all.
