I agree, TWO. I started here in June of 2007. To tell you the truth I had doubts then that as a company philosophy WGT had a lot of concern for the customer but at least Mr WGT engaged the customers in group phone calls back then.
By 2012 they had pretty much taken the attitude that they would do whatever they wanted and the customer be d**mned. Even when WGT asked for our suggestions they didn't even acknowledge them, let alone implement them. They wouldn't even return to the same thread where they asked for our input and say "Thanks", "Yes", "No" or "Go to h**l". No common courtesy whatsoever. They were apparently making money in spite of themselves.
For me it really escalated in 2014. Those of us who didn't have the cash but had supported WGT by watching ads and doing surveys were very publicly lied to in these forums by a WGT administrator. The rest of the WGT staff failed to even defend the honor of the company. I pushed the issue for 9 months and they continued supporting the obvious lie by ignoring me. No apology was ever given for the lie or the poor treatment by anyone in the company. They lost my $30 a month in pro shop sales then as I haven't clicked on an ad or attempted a survey since.
Things have really gone downhill since then. in 2015 and now in 2016 we're met with more stonewalling and lies with regards to fixing problems while we are greeted with superfluous "enhancements" designed to drive us away from the game. My financial situation has improved but WGT has gone out of its way to let me know they do not want my money.
To tell you the truth, I haven't opened the game client window since the end of 2015. I don't miss the game play and from what I understand I'm lucky I haven't seen the epileptic seizure causing "improvement" to the game.
I'm still here because I'm using this site as a social outlet with some friends from around the country and around the world. I'll keep the account active just to see if Top Golf can turn this customer-unfriendly fiasco of a company around. They're not getting any financial support out of me until they prove themselves.
