New In Game Messaging

  Why can't you just go back to the way it was before? There was nothing wrong with it and i can't remember anyone ever complaining about it.

  It seems every time you add these in game features everyone asks for an option to turn it off.

  The way it was previously was fine - the Blast of Light would be the biggest

  The game used to say whether I was in the fairway or rough and that was good IMO

  Move us away from the "bright lights"

  Agree 100%, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

  Surely, rather than fiddling with things it would be easier to just remove the flashing text completely?

  Thank you very much for this welcome news Shoe, this will be well received i'm sure. I would urge wgt to think about disabling it for birdies as well though, not really necessary.

  But I would go one step further. Replace Bird above with Double Eagle.

  Completely agree with the above.  By leaving this monstrosity for Birdies Eagles etc it will just spoil the achievement IMO

  However, while your guys are in there changing all these messages, any chance we could have an option to turn them off all together - I'm sure many of us have neither need nor desire to be told when we've hit an eagle or HIO - we kinda know already...

  Flashing / shock lights are / will be bad anywhere as should have been known, but.....  

  I agree with the post saying DE / HIO is plenty if must continue with something, and even more with posts saying as before or an option to turn it off.
