  Oh, I understood. You forum terrorist rats are pathetic. I watched for three days while people sat here threatening to file class action lawsuits, sign petitions, cry like babies who lost a rattle and verbally abuse WGT staff. I really hoped you would all quit. Maybe then the forums would have less complaining 24/7 from a bunch a petulant children. It's always the same crowd.

  But it won't be over. I'll open the forums tomorrow and see nothing but threads from the same terrorists complaining.

  It will never end. Despite there being a sticky topic on how to report bugs, game issues, etc., you'll all be here tomorrow crying again.

  Whiners.

   

  Hey Wade, tell us, how is the salary rate as a tech in the New Ideas department? Are the benefits good? Do you get a lot of time off? Lot of stress in the job? Does Icon wear that pink thing all the time or just on Fridays?

  Here are the occasions, when the community's voice was heard in the past:

  - WGT stopped lowering people's avg for MP wins against higher tiers on account of forfeits. It took a lot of painful typing to achieve that and to even receive the acknowledgement that this issue even existed (from WGTPizza)

  - Hazen got his yellow Callies

  Since there's zero chance you could call me a whiner (and be correct in that statement),

  let me express my own opinion of you in a song...

  Zappa is great. Thanks for that. But really, the negative vibes here bring down my game. I actually start to believe some of the things you guys complain about, and it messes with my golf mojo. 

  All I ask is we keep it upbeat and positive! WGT does their best and this is the best online golf game I could find!

  First mistake. Take it all with a grain of salt and realize these complaints are from perceptions the complainers have. It's their perception and that makes it valid for them. The trick is to dispel whatever notions they have but only if you see a resolution. And then the trick is to get it across to them. Believe what you yourself see and share it if it's pertinent. Give them the space to not see.

  The latest flap about the graphics was an orderly success. A ton of complaints, a few turds in the complaint bowl and a general uproar got WGT's attention. This doesn't happen often but this time it did with great success-the annoyance is gone. They got the message.

  That'll never happen for everybody but it works for me.  ;-)
