  I think he still decided to break them because WGT decided to not uphold them,.  If multiple accts are against the rules, and you expect the players to abide by the ToS, then WGT has an obligation to enforce the ToS.  As was mentioned, legally if WGT isn't going to enforce it, they can not require others abide by it.  As this is a business, and we have paid money under the ToS, WGT has an obligation:  Enforce the ToS or refund the money that was spent under false pretenses.

  Referring to the first post of this thread (since it has been exhumed), I have more than a year of experience and I get those scores maybe 1 out of 10 and God knows I try real hard! Of course, he's not the only one with a score history that's fishy, it's all over the place (hacks with super scores).

  But wait!!! It's with starter balls and clubs on top of that!!

  A fluke once in a while can happen, but when you look at those score lists (similar as this one), you can see they are pretty consistent for the most part

  ...or maybe the player decided, after 3 years of practice, to finally post a score. Let's always give the benefit of the doubt and let's not judge. <---[insert sarcasm here]

  You don't have to have a multiple account to have low score as a hack. It was already mentioned that all you have to do is go stroke play not ranked, but practice over and over again, then when feeling confident enough, then do a tournament and get really low score. Nothing to do with multiple accounts.

  Not saying there is not any doing multiple accounts, just saying there is a way to do without having multiple accounts.
